One Response to “Switcher for Max”
“Switcher doesn’t touch the 3ds max files. I know this is a concern with other plugins but Switcher is independant of the scene file, so no need to worry there.
Additionally, Switcher has a feature (you may have noticed it in the demo video) that allows artists to temporarily disable Switcher so other artists sharing your computer can use 3ds max without the Maya control scheme. Enabling and disabling Switcher can be done using a toggle button, hotkey, menu item, quad menu, or even maxScript command.”
